As added to the schematics as errata text, there are a few bugs in the PCB design, which need to be fixed in the next revision:

The Potentiometer_Alps_RK09K_Single_Vertical footprint in the KiCAD standard library is wrong. Pins 1 and 3 need to be swapped.
Remove the power interconnect on the mouse bites, connect the ground plane at the top PCB all the way.
Remove the high pass filter between microphone pre-amp and gain stage. Any capacitor (electrolytic, NP0 ceramic of PP foil) has quite a negative impact on the sound quality.
Remove the VU meter signal smoothing/ low pass filter.
Use +15V for V_LED directly.
